Terms and Condition
- Rs. 299 and 599 are the Shipping & handling charges for the product chosen on the HDFC Microsite.
- Once order is placed, it will be delivered within 7 working days.
- The selected product will be delivered only in the serviceable pin codes.
- Cancellation Policy : Once the order is placed for a product, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged with another product on the microsite.
- Return/Replacement Policy : In case of damaged or incorrect product received, user/HDFC Bank Customer needs to inform to Offer Aggregator and write a mail at customercare@360inex.com within Ten (10) days of receipt of product. On acknowledgement of this communication, Offer Aggregator will get the product replaced with Seven (7) days and will take sole responsibility of return policy. For replacement HDFC Bank customers won't have to bear any additional cost. Under expectation circumstance, Offer Aggregator will refund the shipping fees back to the HDFC Customers.
